Adobe Acrobat 6.0 or greater, Why do I need this?
 
PDF purchased from Onvia Tools are a specially enabled PDF documents that will only open with the Adobe Acrobat (Version 6.0 or greater). Although other PDF readers are out there, only Acrobat supports the document security and tracking solution, which is integrated into this document.

How can I prevent seeing the pop-up everytime I open the document?
 
You can prevent seeing the pop-up everytime you open the document by selecting the second option and clicking play. This adds the document to a "trusted documents" list and prevents the pop-up from reoccurring.

I get a pop-up when I open the document?
 
Documents from Onvia Tools are specially enabled PDFs. This special capability allows Onvia to secure and track these documents. The pop up window asks whether you wish to play "multi media" content. The multi-media content it refers to is the special capability. It is your choice whether or not to select play this content. If you choose not to, the document will be locked.  


To get the pop-up again simply close and reopen the document.

To prevent seeing the pop-up everytime you open the document, please select to add this document to your list of "trusted documents" and click "play".
