Both begin with the Onvia Online Database of Government and Commercial projects. This database contains over 500,000 contacts; of which over 200,000 are active Buyers and the balance are Decision Makers. Each Recovery Contact Sourcebook contains select contacts from agencies receiving funding for the ARRA packaged by region organized by functional organization. |

The simple answer is no. These are pre-selected lists. You may wish to purchase the Microsoft® Excel® version of a list and filter out unwanted contacts. You can also contact Onvia to purchase a Buyers & Decision Makers list tailored to your specific requirements. |
| Will these lists be updated? |

These versions of the lists are specific to the projects released from the enactment of the ARRA through May 2009. The next versions of the lists will focus on upcoming projects and will be released towards the end of the summer to early fall. Existing Onvia Recovery Contact Sourcebook clients can look forward to special pricing. |
